How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Open the app → tap the upgrade/settings area → tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will restore automatically using your Apple ID. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used at purchase.
I was charged but the app still shows Free. What do I do?
First try Restore Purchases in the app. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID email address and we'll investigate immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel from there. Cancellations are managed by Apple and take effect at the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your purchase to request a refund.
What data does the app collect?
